POSTER SESSION
The poster session will be a very important part of the conference. Posters will be displayed for the 3-day event, and will be featured during evening receptions on September 29th and 30th to encourage open discussion between the presenters and conference attendees. Posters should contribute to the conference theme: Our Actions, Our Estuary.

Call for Posters

Poster Presenters
At the conference, after you have picked up your registration packet and name tag, please check-in at the entrance table in the Poster room to find your poster location. Posters should be set up on poster panels during the first morning of the conference, and taken down during the third day. The dimensions of the poster panels will be 4 feet high by 8 feet wide and will be cloth covered. Each poster presenter will have this space to display their poster and any supplemental items (i.e. mini-poster handouts, business cards, etc.). You may attach the hooked side of velcro to the back of your poster, then just press the poster to the panel. Push pins can also be used and will be provided at the conference.

This supplement is intended to guide you in the preparation of posters for the 9th Biennial State of the San Francisco Estuary Conference. Please consider them as thoughtful suggestions designed to enhance your presentation for the enjoyment and understanding of your audience.
