Registration is closed.
On-site registration will be available at the conference, but lunches will not be guaranteed for on-site registrants.

Registration Rates

3-day, early bird rate = $295 / $95 student
3-day (after 9/4/09) = $325 / $95 student
2-day = $260 regular/ $80 student
1-day = $130 regular / $40 student

Registration includes breaks, lunches, receptions (September 29th and 30th), and on-line abstracts.

Refunds for cancellation will be given if requested by September 21st by 5 PM.
